David S. Reynolds was appointed Vice President, Corporate Controller of the Company in March 2007. He is responsible for the company's accounting practices and policies, coordinating and controlling financial operations, ensuring the overall integrity of the company's financial reporting, the maintenance of accounting data and records and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Reynolds was Vice President and Controller of Bally Total Fitness Corporation, the largest publicly traded commercial operator of fitness centers in North America in terms of members, revenues and square footage of its facilities. Prior to that, Mr. Reynolds served in increasingly responsible roles for Comdisco, Inc., a publicly-held, multinational provider of leasing and technology services, from 1981 to 2005, including Senior Vice President and Controller from 2002 to 2005 and Corporate Controller from 2001 to 2002. Mr. Reynolds started his career at Ernst & Young from 1976 to 1981.

Mr. Reynolds is a certified public accountant and a certified cash manager. He is a graduate of Lehigh University where he obtained a masters degree in business and a B.S. in Finance.
